- Not eco-friendly
Contrary to popular belief, Tesla models aren’t environmentally conscious. Producing the batteries for one Tesla vehicle is equivalent to driving a conventional car for eight years. In other words, the production of these batteries wreaks serious havoc on the environment.
- Recharging is a drag
Unlike standard cars, you can’t take your Tesla to a gas station to refuel it. Instead, you have to drive to a Tesla charging station, which ends up being over an hour-long ordeal. Not only is this time-consuming, but it can also be a hassle if you have a difficult time locating a charging network.
- Inconvenient roadside service
Though Tesla models are highly advanced, accidents still happen. If you’re in a fender bender or something breaks down, getting the necessary help can prove a challenge. In addition to being limited, roadside services are also expensive. One of the most common issues that Tesla owners run into is a shortage of electricity. Unfortunately, roadside assistance isn’t equipped to remedy this problem.
